Common problems during soldering

2016/3/6      view:
Solder welding common problems are: leakage of tin, tin, tin hole, hole of tin, pull tip, crude tin, tin bridge, solder ball, short circuit.
The main reason for the problem of solder welding is that the main reason is as follows:
1, the flux and the bottom surface is bad; the bottom plate and the solder surface angle properly.
2, the flux ratio is too high or too low.
3, conveyor belt speed is too slow or too fast, standard speed for 1.2-1.8M/MIN, too fast, solder joint was apiculate and shiny; too slow when the solder joints slightly rounded, and was short and thick shape.
4, the tin oxidation too much oil or deterioration.
5, preheating temperature is too high or too low before the solder, the standard temperature of 75-100 degrees. (according to the actual situation)
6, preheating temperature is too high or too low; standard temperature 245-265 degree, too low solder joint was apiculate and shiny; too high, the solder joint is slightly rounded and stubby shaped.
7, wave soldering tin furnace wave instability.
8, the tin liquid solder impurity.
9, component pin direction and poorly aligned.
10, the original floor, lead to improper handling.
